Pierata Gelding Pareto Makes Exciting Debut

Mark Smith - Thursday April 25

Heavily backed favourite Pareto looks to have an exciting future judging on his facile win on debut in the Martin Collins Australia Hcp (1000m) at the Sunshine Coast on Anzac Day.

Ridden by Kyle Wilson-Taylor for David McColm, the 2-year-old son of Pierata jumped best from an outside barrier and was barely out of second gear to defeat the Headwater gelding Auaholic by three and a half lengths with the Encryption gelding Cryptostar back in third.
