20 Winners from 40 Runners

Tara Madgwick - Thursday November 27
I Am Invincible sired his 20th individual winner this season when two year-old colt Invincible Man saluted on debut at Ascot on Wednesday before bad weather forced postponement of the entire meeting.

I Am InvincibleThe Neville Parnham trained Invincible Man did best in a thrilling finish to score a short half head win in the 1000 metre dash.

A $40,000 Inglis Classic purchase for his trainer from the Booralie Stud draft at the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, Invincible Man is the fifth winner for Wasabi Miss and comes from the family of Group III winner Squamosa and stakes-winners Phered and Class Success.

Invincible Man is interestingly bred along similar lines to I Am Invincible's Group I winner Brazen Beau in that both colts have a grand-dam by champion sire Bletchingly so have a double cross of the influential speed influence.

I Am Invincible has sired his 20 winners this season from just 40 runners giving him a remarkable 50% winners to runners making him a friend to not only breeders and owners, but also smart punters!
