Tenth Two Year Old Winner for Sebring

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday July 16
Golden Slipper winner Sebring has proven his strength this season with Classic three year-olds led by his ATC Australian Derby winner Criterion and ATC Randwick Guineas winner Dissident, but he continues to churn out the juvenile winners posting his tenth for the season on Wednesday when Anabring saluted at Cranbourne.

Anabring as a yearlingResuming from a spell, the Mick Price trained filly scored by a length over 1200 metres making light work of the heavy conditions at her third race start.

A $240,000 Inglis Easter purchase from the Widden Stud draft, Anabring is the first winner for metro winning Anabaa (USA) mare Anabarbarian, a half-sister to stakes-winner Woppitt and grand-daughter of Group I winner Midnight Fever.

Anabarbarian has a Sebring weanling colt and is back in foal to the Golden Slipper winner again so the success of Anabring will be good news for Widden Stud, who also bred her.

Sebring has had a fee increase this year and will stand for $60,500
