Grange Thoroughbreds is an established nursery of quality thoroughbreds and home for many mares visiting stallions in Victoria. The mares have the benefit of the world renown reproductive vets at the Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital and we will walkout your mare to the vast selection of Victorian stallions standing nearby at studs such as Swettenham, Darley, Eliza Park, Blue Gum Farm etc.
Located on the banks of the Goulburn River near Shepparton where we enjoy the highest daylight hours throughout the year of any part of Australia. The farm has been built from scratch using quality materials with horses health and safety the priority. We use the highest quality feed and care to ensure your weanling is well grown, healthy and will mature into a yearling with size, bone and strength. Yearling preparation is one of our specialities, Grange consigned the top priced colt & filly at the recent Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale.
Spellers enjoy the freedom of large paddocks where than can relax, run & play in a natural environment, returning to the stables refreshed and relaxed.

Lauriston Park is a family owned and operated boutique broodmare and spelling farm at Creighton’s Creek just outside of Euroa in Victoria’s North East approximately two hours from Melbourne. Our aim is to provide personal and individualized care to all our horses and owners from foaling down through to yearling preparation or onto the trainers directly. We have a combined 45 years experience in the thoroughbred industry.
We offer the services of foaling down, walk onto stallions at all Victorian studs, weaning of foals, yearling preparation of yearlings for sales, breaking in of client’s young horses and also spelling for racehorses needing to spell in a peaceful, relaxed and safe environment.
Our facilities include floodlit foaling down area, veterinary crush, starting barriers, spacious boxes, round yard, full size sand dressage arena, walking machine, individual or shared spelling paddocks, small holding yards, larger sheltered and shaded paddocks for mares and foals and young stock.
We are home to the great race mare Let’s Elope and have raised and looked after the horses Ustinov, Kempinsky, Bush Honey, Mrs Tendulkar, Yes I Will, Court Courting, Sweet Talking Guy and many others.

The picturesque property at Jilliby, just 40 minutes drive north of Sydney, was purchased by experienced horse woman Charlotte Manuel in 2004. Developed as a safe and practical horse property, Bella Lodge features quality post and rail yards for spellers, plus stabling for pre-trainers, a training track and swimming pool.
Other features include: a new walking machine, starting barriers and access to the bush trails located within the nearby Watagan State Forest.

Cobbitty Lodge was established in the 1970’s by Professor John Morris AO and operates today under the management of widely respected horseman, Brian Gentle.
Brian Gentle has served successfully as foreman for John O’Shea, Gerald Ryan, Gai Waterhouse and Mick Price and trained successfully in his own right, so he knows what it takes to get a horse ready for its trainer in optimal condition for a racing campaign.
Situated in Cobbitty NSW, Cobbitty Lodge is approximately 20 minutes from Warwick Farm Racecourse and less than an hour’s drive from each of Sydney’s major metropolitan racetracks.

Our picturesque 220 acre virgin horse country is situated in a fertile valley amongst the Balmattum Hills, only 10 minutes from Euroa and less than 2 hours from Melbourne Airport. Century old River Red Gums provide natural shelter scattered throughout the gently undulating paddocks creating the perfect conditions to rear your thoroughbred athletes. Glenelg Park is a family owned and operated business run by Danny and Sarina Swain. Danny has spent the last 15 years building his knowledge working on thoroughbred studs in NSW. Nestled in the heart of Waikato, New Zealand’s legendary thoroughbred nursery is the agistment property, Tullycrine.
This beautifully sheltered, quiet farm with free draining sandy loam soils, providing excellent all year round grazing, is owned and operated by the Dillon family. Extensive renovation of pasture, post and rail fencing, and the refurbishment and construction of new barns providing quality loose boxes ensures a safe and practical environment for spelling and recuperating horses, yearling preparation, and mare management.
The Dillon family, have worked closely with owners and trainers to identify their needs, in what is a spirited market and one in which all involved are seeking value for money and the care and attention that will give their horses a competitive edge on the race track or in the sale ring. Early successes have seen horses selected by Tullycrine and cared for at Tullycrine go on to be both trial and race winners for their clients and their trainers.

Elevated on high coastal land just outside the Flinders township, the farm receives good rainfall throughout the year to ensure good green pasture. Importantly, paddocks and yards are never overstocked.
Each mare that agists at Flinders Park is given specialised, individual care. Some of Victoria’s leading trainers spell their horses at the farm, testament to the level of care and supervision provided by the experienced staff at Flinders Park Stud.

Windy Hill Thoroughbreds is situated approx.1 hour north of Melbourne, in the Valley of a Thousand Hills at Strath Creek, where Vain (as a foal) was reared along with Blazing Sword.
As a small family thoroughbred farm we can offer your horses plenty of T.L.C, and they are fed twice a day & checked. Most of our paddocks are undulating, spring fed dams and safe fencing.
We personally do walk-ins, and the vet visits 3 times a week for scans etc, so whether it is for long term or short term breeding season agistment, we can cater for all – our rates are unbelievable.
